The culture of Wiser begins with our people. The key to fostering our family and private small company atmosphere is to be an employee friendly and family friendly company. Wiser prides itself on providing personal touch starting from the time a prospective employee submits their application to their first day of employment. We are always looking for fresh and creative ways to keep our employees engaged and happy in their day to day work life. Each of our sites is unique and we work together with our leadership teams at each site to make sure we provide company initiatives and engaging activities that cultivate a team environment at Wiser.

Having various sites across the country, we like to keep everyone informed of the happenings at each location so we publish a company newsletter to highlight company projects, employees, programs and events. We also include a calendar of events so employees can keep up to date with local community activities. 

We have various events at each site throughout the year. The Middle Tennessee State University  Wiser Tailgate has become an annual tradition in our Murfreesboro, TN office. Not to mention Wiser Annual Chili Cook Off, Bring Your Dog to Work Day, Holiday Potlucks, Spring Fling, and Company Cookouts.
